The Festival Fashion Guide of Both Can and Dosn’ts
We are all starting to feel like summer will fade out and even though we are currently in September, festival fashion features a longer way to go still. Little boho-chic touches to an otherwise wardrobe can bring a touch of sunniness to even the most gloomy and chilly day.
That’s why I’m not considering putting my festival clothes away just yet. Bring it on fall and winter. You can’t get me out of my festival fashion.
The Basics of Festival Fashion
When you hear the phrase Festival Fashion, think boho apparel and carefree, also fun and free outdoor gatherings of friends. The words hippie and flower power may come to mind. Truth isthe origins of this fashion trend are in the 70s — the original age when place was taken by the festivals such as Woodstock.
Rule 1: Remember Practicality
Source
Pulling your festival appearance that is best off does not require you to choose between practicality and bohemian. Some festival fashion staples are far more practice than cosmetic. The very clear rain mac (pictured above) is an example. It is meant to be taken in a hurry across the shorts and camisole top, is just one item that is practical. Other practical choices include longline and capes open cardigans for cold evenings, hats, and cozy sandals and boots.
The other facet of practicality is price. Festival fashion bits tend to be affordable, which is always a good thing.
Rule 2: Don’t Be Too Carefree
Not all festival fashion clothes are equivalent. Let’s do this not all of festival pieces are equivalent. Festival-goers have a tendency to take’carefree’ to the extreme, and wind up looking sloppy rather than chic. I’m going to make it simple for you to prevent this mistake. Read on for the best –and underside –five festival pieces.

Playsuits
This jumpsuit, a playsuit’s more revealing cousin could be a really sexy outfit. It’s shorter than many skirts, without being too revealing. A playsuit can be also split open at the top to show bralette underneath or a crop top.

Crochet Cape
Anything crocheted is a good choice for a holiday season. (you could also wear a crocheted cape beyond the festival, over a nice pair of underwear for instance ) Crocheted capes have movement that is nice to them, and they are kind of like fringes, but classier.
Crochet Dress
A fantastic dress is also made by the same lovely crochet substance. Don’t forget to wear something beneath that dress though–try crop top or a dress .

Off-shoulder Folk Blouse
The folk blouse is a timeline fashion classic with varied origins. Sure, the folk blouse is reinterpreted in more modern designs, but it simply never goes out of style. For an extra touch of unforgettable, opt for an off-shoulder blouse. That one detail is slimming and womanly.
Festival Jewelry (Feathers, Coins and Anklets)
Your bohemian appearance with metal, real or feathered jewelry. Coins beads and tassels can also be great options. Additionally, a special place must be reserved to anklets — nothing could be flower-power than that, so far as jewelry goes.
Festival Fashion Pieces to Avoid
Psychedelic multi-color prints
Nope, sorry. This illusion fades Although the skirt may appear good when you see it at the online shop. Trust me. Yourecognize that colorful psychedelics don’t look good on anyone — including you and’ll arrive at the festival.

Ultra Flare Jeans
Again, nope. Though festivals are a place to be nostalgic these decades had their fair share of stuff that is ridiculous. Ultra flare jeans fall within that category. They look good on versions, but tend to be unflattering to your average body.
Sequins
They’re a fit that is more appropriate in other contexts, such as evening dresses for a cocktail party, though I am not opposed to sequins by default. Wearing a wealth of sequins is a bit sparkly and flashy for festival style, which is assumed to be compelling only through colours and boho design.
Crochet boots
Crochet creates a cape, but a boot that is terrible. Say though the crochet boot has bombarded the festival scene in the past five years, please. If you would like to wear using a boho dress, that is fine, but choose suede or leather. Keep crochet and the lace for your clothes or jewelry.

Flower or chain head crowns
Aim is a very long way from reality, although flower crowns are intended to make you look like a fairy. First, blossom crowns always look artificial. They tend to give the wearer the atmosphere of a woman . You do not need that. Skip this look.
