Five Great New Summer Pedicure Colors
Is it just me, or am I the only one who feels as though they suck at picking nail colors? I mean, my claws don’t look bad, I believe that I should have gone a shade brighter and just look down at my fingers and feet. Or darker. Or maybe I have olive skin with pink undertones and should never wear pink nail polish.
As it’s summer and I just about never wear shoes or boots , picking the proper nail polish for my summertime mani and pedis is an extremely important task. I understand that red is a fantastic go-to, but recently I have gotten interested in what everyone else is wearing for hot summer claws .
I went and got a mani-pedi and checked out everyone and spoke to the specialists. You know, the gals who see the summertime trends (and likely set them) first-hand (ha). Here are the most popular brand new nail colours for summertime (you can not go wrong)! )
New and Awesome Summer Pedicure Colors
Pomegranate Purple.
It’s a mix of the serene we adore about purple plus the go-to we like about red. It’s a mature alternative to pink. When selecting this color, select”magenta.” Essie makes “Sure Shot” for $8.50. This seems great on hands and/or feet, and compliments all skin colours.
Orange Juice.
Apart from tasting great at breakfast or brunch, this color will completely compliment your skin. Not the best for those that are on the side really pops from tan skin. “Orange, it’s obvious!” Out of Essie is $8.50.
Turquoise.
I just painted my nails this”kinda blue but kinda green” color and I have to admit — I LOVE it. Perfect for all skin tones, this blue/green is refreshing, and feels without being orange or pink. Try”Turquoise and Caicos” for $8.50.
Deep Blue.
Really, blue never really goes away, does it? While this colour might be somewhat somber, it usually means that the brightest color clothes can be worn by you and it won’t clash. Looks great on medium to dark skin, and people who are reasonable but who have a more olive undertone than pink. Essie, “Midnight Cami” for $8.50.
Champagne Shimmer.
The key with this hue is to make sure it’s not exactly like your skin color — I recommend going darker and brighter for contrast. I like when the shimmer is included, while you can always add glimmer to your polish with a high coat. So you don’t feel like you’re wearing funfetti Elect for shimmer rather than multi. Essie”Sequin Sash” is $8.50 and matches the bill.
Fruit Punch.
I love Essie, who does this at”Haute in Heat” for $8.50. Looks good on tan (or almost tan) hands and toes, and for under ten bucks this bright color will go a very long way.
Juicy Orange.
Maybelline Orange Fix is the very first mimosa you may actually wear purpose. For $3.95, you will exhaust your taste buds on this citrus paint before moving on to some other flavor.
Sandy Shimmery Pink.
Try this by Zoya for $8.99 and feel as a sea-siren princess of the beach.
Skyline Blue.
Mesmerise from Essie is bright, totally, and skyward summer. Just $5.49.
Tropical Teal.
Because it looks great with everything, love this color. Only $7.25.
Now, it’s not like you’ll go and get one of those colors in the other and your hand . Eeek. I recommend picking one colour as a beginning (usually opt for the darkest you would like to go and place it on your toes) then pick a similar color but lighter for your mani. I went for Essie’s Haute in Heat for my toes and selected a pinkier reddish.
