How to Do Your Own Pedicure

What you’ll need:
A big, fluffy bath towel
A large bowl or pot ((large enough to fit your feet)
Aromatic candles (attempt: Apple Cider Sweet Chunx candles)
Nail clippers & document
Cotton Balls
Nail polish remover
Pumice rock
Peppermint foot cream ( try: The Body Shop Peppermint Foot Lotion)

1) Set the Vibe

Gather all your pedicure tools and arrange them on a coffee table next to a seat. Fill the large bowl and set the bowl. Dim the lights or turn them off entirely and get ready to work by candlelight.

2) Eliminate and Soothe

Then clip and file remove old nail polish nails. Pour a sweet peppermint oil or gel. Soak your feet in the bowl of water for 10-15 minutes. Be sure that you take them out until they prune up!  Utilize the pumice rock periodically to help shed your dry”winter” skin.

** Depending on the level of roughness, you might want to repeat these steps to get your feet in flip flop form.

3) Treat Your Feet
Pat your feet warm and utilizing the nail file smooth any rough edges that you missed prior to soaking. Peppermint lotion. Use cotton balls to different your toets. Apply base coat, top coat, prop your feet on the table, put a DVD that is good in and relax, relax, relax
