What to Wear Thanksgiving: Totally Comfortable and Superb Festive
One of my favourite weeks is here: November. And why, might you ask? What about December (when there’s New Years) or October (Halloween)? Sure, fall is an excellent season, but there’s not anything like Thanksgiving.
Luckily, November is also famous for sales. So, when the month hits and costs fall, besides stocking up on discounted everything from head to toe, I also being my annual convention of”what to wear” — the Thanksgiving variant .
So far, here are my favorite Thanksgiving looks for 2013 that will not pinch or squeeze then next slice of pie!
What to Wear Thanksgiving Day 2013
The Blazer.
Typically, I wear sweater or a fitted top underneath a blazer. However, I have recently seen a great deal of women choosing a shirt with a fitted hem — and this will work GREAT for looking adorable without needing to suck it in. Get this one for $29.90 at Uniqlo.
Drop-Waist Dress.
Loose, soft, and dangling on the fashionable — this appearance is casual (but looks great with heels and jewellery ). Get it in Gap for only $39.99.
Meet Dolman Sleeves.
I’ve always been obsessed, and I can think of no greater day to wear this shirt. Cozy, chic, and (ahem) as ample as it’s — purchase yours at Old Navy for $29.94.
The Shell.
Next to wearing a silk shirt or a blouse, attempt on a casing. Usually fitted around the neck, the shell hangs onto your chest”so” and accommodates a complete belly rather flatteringly. Really like this from Express for $29.99.
